Hinderton School - Head Teacher being able to create 'Follow Up' tasks on Behaviour Incidents which notifies the assignee

1) Where:

2) What:
The Head Teacher would like to be able to add a task to a Behaviour Incident, where the staff member assigned to that incident needs to do something else (i.e. call the parents) which then notifies the assigned staff member.

3) Why:please aim to include:
Why are they doing that task? - The Head Teacher reviews the incidents, but has an issue if he wants the teacher to do something else. The Head can add a note, but it does not notify the assigned teacher, so they would not know.

What task are they trying to accomplish but can’t? - They want the option to be able to add further follow up tasks to an incident that notifies the teacher who has been assigned the incident.

What do they currently have to do instead? - Have to email the teacher instead, so taking it out of the incident.

How does solving this problem add value to our users and to our business? - It makes behaviour incidents more useable.

How time critical is this problem? - It is really stopping behaviours being fully embedded in the school.

How does solving this problem help us mitigate risks or open up new opportunities. - It opens up behaviours so gives a school more reason to use Arbor.
